1.1. You can request to cancel your order any time before it has been shipped from our facility. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

2.2. Locate the specific order you wish to cancel and click on the "Request Cancellation" button.

2.3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your cancellation request.

2.4. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team and provide them with your order details to assist you with the cancellation process.

  1. Cancellation Approval and Refunds:

3.1. If your cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, it will be processed immediately.

3.2. Upon approval of the cancellation request, we will initiate a refund using the original payment method used during the purchase.

3.3. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  1. Cancellation after Shipment:

4.1. If you attempt to cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation request will not be valid.
