Return and Refund Policy

1.Eligibility for Returns:

1.1. We accept returns only within 7 days from the date of delivery for most products and 2 days in the case of refurbished goods . Please check the product page or your order confirmation email for specific return eligibility.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. It should not have any signs of wear and tear, damage, or alterations.

1.3. Some products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

2.Initiation of Return:

2.1. To initiate a return, log in to your Al Ramil Al Abyad  account and go to the "Order History" section.

2.2. Locate the specific order containing the product you wish to return and click on the "Return Items" button.

2.3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request, providing the required information.

3.Return Shipping:

3.1. For eligible returns, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.

3.2. We recommend using a reputable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

3.3. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

4.Inspection and Processing:
